Overview

  • We are seeking a professional, patient focused Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our patients.

Key Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a medical center, hospital, or clinic call center is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and strong multitasking abilities to handle booking systems efficiently.
  • Residency: Must be currently residing in Qatar with a transferable visa/NOC.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally to schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments.
  • Provide accurate information regarding medical services, doctor schedules, insurance approvals, and clinic timings.
  • Follow up on patient inquiries and manage patient callbacks or reminders.
  • Maintain a polite and helpful demeanor to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Pay

  • Pay: QAR3,000.00 QAR4,000.00 per month
