- Minimum 5 years proven experience in software and IT solutions account management
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT Service Management (ITSM), security solutions, and AI technologies
- Mandatory experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

About the Role
