About the Role
Qatari Computer Systems W.L.L is seeking an IT Vendor Management Support specialist to provide administrative support, coordinate with vendors, track IT procurement requests, and assist with contract renewals and invoice processing.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the IT Services & Vendor Management function
- Coordinate with vendors for follow ups and day to day communication
- Track IT procurement requests and monitor their progress
- Monitor contract and software license renewals to ensure timely action
- Coordinate the processing and follow up of vendor invoices
- Provide backup support for IT asset management activities
- Assist in coordinating general IT support and service requests
Requirements
- Experience supporting IT administration or coordination activities such as vendor management, procurement tracking, invoice processing, contract renewals, asset management, and IT service coordination
- Valid QID (Qatar ID)
