Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate salary, notice period, and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Prepare and submit candidate profiles with detailed technical summaries.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics, including time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, and interview to offer ratios.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and client requirements.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate offer management, documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment processes.
  • Experience recruiting for technologies such as Microsoft, Java, .NET, Oracle, SAP, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Cybersecurity, DevOps, Networking, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and ERP applications.
  • Hands on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Dice, GulfTalent, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (for a Recruiter role).
  • 5+ years of experience (for a Senior IT Recruiter role).
  • Experience in permanent hiring, contract staffing, and executive search is an advantage.
  • Experience recruiting for GCC is preferred.

Compensation

  • Pay: QAR3,000 QAR4,000 per month
