Role Overview
IT Service Manager role supporting and enhancing a strategic Management Information platform used by thousands of colleagues.
The platform provides insight that supports organisational decision-making and service improvement.
You and Your Role
- Ensure services are delivered effectively, remain responsive to user needs, and continue to provide value.
- Oversee day-to-day service operations across a diverse portfolio of Management Information products.
- Manage incident, request, access, and change activities while ensuring governance requirements are met.
- Monitor and report service performance and coordinate stakeholders, users, and suppliers.
- Support issue resolution and service improvements across the platform.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experience supporting and maintaining IT products and services, including ServiceNow, user access, incident management, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of ITIL and service management practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Experience working with stakeholders, users, and suppliers in complex environments.
- Understanding of effective IT service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Experience improving products, services, and processes while coordinating resources and delivery activities.
