IT Service Desk Operations Intern

Current enrollment in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Interest in technical support, enterprise technology, IT operations, endpoint management, and customer service.

Strong communication and customer-service skills, including the ability to listen carefully and explain information clearly.

Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues and learn new systems, tools, and support processes.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and asset information.

Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to manage assignments, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with employees and technology professionals across departments.

Comfort working with computer hardware, Windows environments, Microsoft Office, or related technology tools.

A dependable, patient, accountable, and learning-oriented approach to supporting end users in a professional environment.

Coursework, labs, certifications, academic projects, or hands-on experience involving help desk support, computer hardware, Windows systems, technical troubleshooting, or endpoint management.

Exposure to computer setup, peripheral installation, workstation deployment, user onboarding, or technology provisioning.

Interest in developing practical skills in enterprise IT support, issue resolution, and end-user computing.

Experience or coursework involving customer service, technical documentation, knowledge base content, inventory management, reporting, or process improvement.

Ability to organize detailed information, document troubleshooting steps, and maintain accurate records.

Interest in improving the customer experience, support processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
