Systems & Infrastructure Intern

Current enrollment in a degree program in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Interest in enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, networking, automation, or operational technology.

General information technology experience and familiarity with Windows environments.

Basic exposure to Linux systems, networking concepts, cybersecurity fundamentals, or related technical coursework.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to investigate issues and learn from experienced professionals.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate technical documentation, asset information, and operational records.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document work and communicate progress or barriers.

Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to manage assignments and meet deadlines.

A collaborative, accountable, and learning-oriented approach to technical work in a professional environment.

Coursework, lab experience, academic projects, or prior experience involving Windows systems, Linux systems, enterprise infrastructure, server administration, or operational technology.

Exposure to system hardening, server backups, patching, asset inventories, technical documentation, or operational procedures.

Interest in IT service management processes, including Change Management, Incident Management, and Asset Management.

Exposure to cybersecurity fundamentals, firewalls, networking concepts, or infrastructure support.

Programming, automation, or scripting experience is beneficial but not required .

Interest in developing practical skills that improve system reliability, security, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Program Type: Internship.
