Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing sales accounts by building strong client relationships.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding client needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Achieving sales targets while maintaining profitability.
  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients and ensuring retention.
  • Acting as primary point of contact for client accounts.
  • Reviewing client accounts to identify upsell or cross sell opportunities.
  • Executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identifying and engaging potential new clients through networking, cold calling, and events.
  • Presenting and demonstrating IT products and solutions.
  • Conducting regular meetings with clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing multiple accounts and working with enterprise level clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of IT solutions including software, hardware, and cloud services.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
