- Manage and grow sales accounts by building strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and ensure retention
- Act as primary point of contact for client accounts
- Review client accounts to identify upsell or cross sell opportunities
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and engage potential new clients through networking, cold calling, and events
- Present and demonstrate IT products and solutions tailored to client needs
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their IT challenges and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing multiple accounts and working with enterprise level clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge of IT solutions including software, hardware, and cloud services
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
