- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, and other relevant activities
- Send and receive mail and packages
- Prepare commercial correspondence using text processing software, data scheduling, and presentation programs
- Manage files
- Research and identify primary data sources
- Provide general office support across multiple fronts
- Prepare meeting presentations, meeting materials, and internal support documents
- Send and receive partnership inquiries
