Middleground Technologies located in Westchester, is looking to add a Senior IT Support Technician to it's team.
This job role is focused on customer service, technical support tickets and projects, and being part of an amazing team!

Job Duties
We are seeking a local, experienced, highly motivated energetic self starter to join our awesome team of IT Specialists.
We ask that you have at least 7 years of IT Support under your belt.
Experience
working for an MSP, AWS or Azure, knowledge of RMM and PSA software is a plus.
Your daily duties will be to perform a variety of IT tasks for our highly valued clients on site at their offices.
You will configuring and maintaining servers, firewalls, switches, Office 365, Exchange, PC's, Mac's, printers and will be asked to work on a variety of other IT related systems and software our clients may have in place.
The ability to learn and adapt quickly is a must for this job; you need to be able to think on your feet and work independently.
