- Identify and qualify new business opportunities

- Promote Q PASS security solutions including training, vulnerability management, penetration testing, risk management, and security architecture
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and support closing of deals
- Manage a sales pipeline
- Coordinate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs
- Contribute to sales forecasts and market insights
- Participate in events or campaigns
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and achieve agreed sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or account management, preferably in cybersecurity or related technology services
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building with corporate and enterprise clients
- Ability to understand and articulate technical security offerings in business friendly language
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, basic sales reporting, and pipeline management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced, client facing environment
- Understanding of cybersecurity trends, regulatory considerations, and common security challenges is highly beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional technical and delivery teams

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site IT Sales and Business Development Executive role based in Doha.
- The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Q PASS security solutions.
- The executive will conduct client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and support the closing of deals.
- Day to day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, coordinating with technical teams, and contributing to sales forecasts and market insights.
- The role also includes participating in events or campaigns, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and achieving agreed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or account management, preferably in cybersecurity or related technology services.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building with corporate and enterprise clients.
