IT Risk & Compliance Manager

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Commerce (Risk Management), or a related discipline.

5+ years of dedicated experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or IT Compliance within the Australian market

Prior experience working in financial services, insurance, superannuation, or highly regulated corporate environments is required.

Deep operational understanding of ASAE 3402 frameworks, ISO 27001 standards, APRA CPS 230 requirements, and audit processes.

Proven track record implementing or auditing BCP/DR strategies under Australian regulatory guidelines.

Proven ability to design and assess controls across business and technology environments

Experience with risk systems, KRI development, and reporting frameworks

Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to operate in a complex, regulated, and technology-driven environment

Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills.

Strong problem solving and identifying root cause to address challenges effectively.

Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively and flexibly with and through others.

Proven experience in managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to think strategically and deliver simultaneous programs.
