- Business Development & B2B Sales: Conduct B2B cold calling, telesales, and email campaigns to map out decision makers (CTOs, HR Directors, IT Procurement Heads).
- IT Technical Literacy: Utilize your deep understanding of the IT landscape (e.g., Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data Engineering) to intelligently translate complex client hiring mandates to the recruiting branches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience
- Market Knowledge: Clear understanding of IT trends.
- Communication Skills: verbal and written English communication skills.
- Personality Matrix: Exceptionally smart, highly organized, and self motivated.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED 2,500.00 per month
