Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced general QA Analyst (5+ years) to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and uptime/availability of our enterprise ecosystem, which includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Sales/CRM, Project Operations, Financial Back-office & Operations), as well as other platform solutions such as ServiceNow, CPQ SaaS, Subscription Billing, and multiple other Integrated Software Vendors (ISV’s). This position involves creating and maintaining comprehensive QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, results, and reports, as well as supporting other QA analysts across different projects when needed. The focus will be on testing new and existing software, verifying updates, as well as both maintaining existing and developing new test cases. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive QA professional who thrives in teamwork, is passionate about quality, and is focused on delivering reliable, well-tested software solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and continuously improve test execution, ensuring transparency and efficiency of the QA process Identify positive and negative test conditions from user stories, backlog items, and technical documentation Execute test cases, document results, track bugs, and report progress to stakeholders Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Business Stakeholders, Business Process Architects, Project Managmenet, Third party service providers, and software developers and product owners to ensure quality across releases. Other duties assigned as needed Skills and Abilities Must-Haves: 5+ years of experience in software testing Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and main testing types and techniques Experience in functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX testing Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Microsoft ADO, Jira, Zephyr or similar)

with browser DevTools for debugging and network inspection Experience working with databases (SQL) Strong experience with Microsoft desktop productivity tools, including MS-Office suite and MS Teams Experience working in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment Strong English level (for documentation, communication with team or clients) Ability to work U.S.

Education and/or Experience Nice-To-Haves: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git or other version control systems Experience working in a distributed team Automation tools knowledge (Leapworks, Selenium, Cypress) Familiarity with API automation ISTQB certification or similar.
