Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Coordinate cross functional teams including software development, QA, infrastructure, architecture, and business stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management and clients
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and quality requirements
- Manage vendor and third party relationships where applicable
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 2 7 years of IT project management experience
- Proven experience managing software development, system integration, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred

Position Overview
