Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate departments
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front office operations
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and document preparation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and confidential documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and other executive support functions
- Perform general administrative and office management duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, administrative, or executive assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and customer service oriented attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional and customer focused Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, coordinating appointments, providing administrative support, and assisting the CEO
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
