Your Contribution
Lead operational IT projects from planning through implementation and transition into operations.
Manage upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives in productive environments.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
Lead task forces and manage critical incidents, ensuring fast resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource planning.
Ensure sustainable solutions through root cause analysis, lessons learned, and continuous improvement. .
Your Experience and Qualification
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management for Operations or Service Management.
- Proven experience leading upgrades, optimization projects, and business-critical operational initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Experience working with enterprise applications such as SAP, PLM, ERP, or similar platforms. Expertise in Data Architecture and Access Management recommended.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and visualization, and leadership skills.
- Experience in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall project environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certification is an advantage.
- Specific knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Polarion and similar PLM/ALM applications is an advantage
