- Lead government digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies promptly
- Ensure high quality deliverables that meet government standards and client expectations
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and government representatives
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies tailored for government projects
- Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience managing Digital Transformation Projects
- PMP Certification or equivalent Project Management certification
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and best practices
- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Experience working within government environments is considered an advantage
- Saudi Nationality is mandatory
