- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Business Continuity Management framework and strategy
- Lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment activities across all business functions
- Design, document, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and Crisis Management Plans
- Coordinate with business units to identify critical processes and recovery requirements
- Conduct BCM awareness programs, training sessions, and simulation exercises
- Manage crisis management activities and support incident response during disruptions
- Monitor BCM compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and organizational policies
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and recommendations related to business resilience
- Facilitate internal and external audits related to BCM and organizational resilience
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Risk Management, and Operational teams to ensure alignment of resilience initiatives
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Security, Emergency Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Business Continuity Management
- Strong knowledge of BCM lifecycle, Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Crisis Management
- Experience developing and maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
- Familiarity with ISO 22301 and ISO 27001
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Business Continuity Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive BCM program for a leading semi government organization.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing business continuity frameworks, conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses, developing continuity and recovery strategies, managing crisis response plans, and ensuring organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Business Continuity Management framework and strategy.

Requirements
- Saudi Nationality (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Security, Emergency Management, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of BCM lifecycle, Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Crisis Management.
- Experience developing and maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
- Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 22301 and ISO 27001.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Professional certifications are preferred: CBCI, MBCI, CBCP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within government or semi government environments.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience leading BCM exercises, crisis simulations, and resilience assessments.
