IT Project Manager

Job Role and Location

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end securities, custody, fund administration, and investment operations transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead implementation and integration of securities and investment operations platforms.
• Coordinate business requirements, product gap analysis, solution design, integration, and data migration.
• Manage complex multi-vendor transformation programs and technology partners.
• Engage senior business and technology stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure projects meet quality, security, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive project governance, reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition.

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
• At least 8 years leading large-scale securities, custody, fund administration, or investment operations platform implementations.
• Experience delivering complex multi-vendor transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology executives.
• PMP certification.
• Strong expertise in enterprise project and program management.
• Experience with platform transformation, product gap analysis, solution design, systems integration, and data migration.
• Strong vendor, budget, risk, schedule, and change management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Product and Platform Experience

• Mandatory hands-on implementation experience in one or more of FIS Securities & Lending, TCS BaNCS Wealth/Securities, or Aurora Reconciliation.
• Experience with SimCorp, Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, Temenos Wealth, or FNZ is an added advantage.
