Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with business users to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 plus years of experience
- PMP Certified
- Experience in managing both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
- Experience in managing IT projects across multiple technical domains including networks, business applications and cloud technologies
- Experience in procurement and tendering
- Experience in Contracts administration
- Experience in IT project management framework
- Experience of working with frameworks like ITIL service framework, ISO 27001 etc.

Job Description
- The IT Project Manager ensures timely delivery of projects by efficiently managing resources. Also, manages the contractual process and relationship with vendors to ensure optimum service quality before, during and after the execution of projects.

- Experience in IT project management framework.
- Experience of working with frameworks like ITIL service framework, ISO 27001 etc.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7 plus years of experience.
- PMP Certified.
