IT Project Manager (1 Year Contract)

• Professional certification(s) and/or education demonstrating knowledge of and commitment to project management best practices (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is an asset.
• 5 years of experience managing and delivering complex, cross-functional technology and business projects.
• Experience developing and implementing project management processes, plans, and communication strategies.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and practices, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to identify, facilitate, and resolve project issues while balancing competing priorities.
• Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into effective project outcomes.
• Experience working in a professional services environment, particularly a law firm, is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership in delivering successful project outcomes.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to succeed in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of project management disciplines, including change management, business analysis, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and build relationships across the organization.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized and motivated, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and other project management software.

$90,000 - $100,000 annually.

The posted salary range reflects the expected compensation for this role.
