Key responsibilities
- Lead large-scale IT programs and develop roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Manage budgets, resources, schedules, performance, scope, timelines, and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, technology leaders, vendors, business stakeholders, and service providers.
- Oversee software, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs, progress, quality, risks, dependencies, issues, and business outcomes.
- Drive governance, change management, security, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards, and mentor program managers and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT program and project management, budgets, KPIs, governance, risk, and resource management.
- Understanding of enterprise technology, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital platforms.
- Excellent strategic planning, leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with strong change-management, problem-solving, and business-technology alignment capabilities.
