Key responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies and business-aligned digital roadmaps.
- Lead technology modernization, automation, digitization, and operating-model redesign initiatives.
- Apply AI, analytics, cloud, and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes.
- Establish KPIs and measure transformation impact, business cases, and ROI.
- Manage transformation portfolios, priorities, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with executives, business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement while addressing cybersecurity, governance, compliance, and data protection.
- Build digital transformation teams and report progress and results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in technology, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, technology strategy, business operations, digital KPIs, business cases, and ROI.
- Knowledge of cloud, AI, automation, data analytics, and modern digital platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex transformation initiatives with commercial awareness and an international mindset.
