IT Operations & Sales Coordinator(UAE)

Fixed Monthly Salary: 3000 TO 3,500 AED + Attractive Commission.

Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License is a must.

Residency Status: Must be inside UAE with visa(NOC) / family sponsorship (No Visit Visas).

We are seeking a highly organized, resilient, and hardworking IT Operations & Sales Coordinator to manage our daily backend operations, lead generation campaigns, and administrative workflows. This is a fast-paced role that requires handling high-volume outreach, data management under pressure, and maintaining overall organizational efficiency for our growing corporate IT consultancy and cybersecurity firm in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct intense daily scouting and profiling of potential SME clients across Dubai using LinkedIn and business directories. - Manage cold outreach campaigns via email and professional platforms to invite prospects to book our "Free IT Audit." - Own the updating, cleaning, and tracking of all customer records, pipeline stages, and interaction logs daily in Zoho CRM. - Draft standard corporate proposals, presentations, and invoices using templates, ensuring 100% technical and numerical accuracy. - Coordinate schedules between the CEO, the sales team, and project freelancers to ensure strict project deadlines are met. - Provide general administrative and backend operational assistance as required by the management. Requirements - Exceptional organizational skills and the proven ability to multitask effectively under pressure. - Prior experience or high proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Zoho One / Zoho CRM). - Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry workflows. - High level of professional English writing and documentation skills. - High workflow resilience, self-motivation, and a process-oriented execution mindset. - Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate start.
