Knowledge of market data and electronic trading platforms, including Bloomberg and Neovest
Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and Splunk
Proficiency supporting PCs, laptops, video conferencing solutions, software, and mobile devices
Ability to troubleshoot and remediate complex issues, perform root cause analyses, and recommend actions to reduce future risk
Ability to identify urgent issues based on business impact while maintaining composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Inquisitive mindset and desire to learn and work with new technologies

The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000-$170,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
