Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 to tier 2 technical support across Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints
- Deliver white glove support to C level executives and VP leadership
- Manage end to end Onboarding and Offboarding processes
- Maintain and troubleshoot meeting room AV setups, hybrid collaboration tools, and office network printers
- Monitor, triage, and resolve IT helpdesk tickets within SLAs
- Apply ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Request Fulfilment
- Track, audit, and manage lifecycle of hardware, software licenses, and cloud SaaS allocations
- Oversee and optimize cloud first IT infrastructure for uptime, security, and scalability
- Administer and optimize Google Workspace (Apps, Admin Console, MDM, Identity)
- Identify and automate operational inefficiencies using scripting and automation tools
- Manage and support modern SaaS tool stack for integration and security access control
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a fast paced, high growth technology environment or start up in UAE
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure in a 100% cloud native ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience providing white glove support to VIP, VP, and C level executives
- ITIL Certification
- Foundational knowledge of macOS and Windows environments
- Basic familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Azure, and Active Directory or Identity Providers
- Hands on exposure to MDM policies (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or JumpCloud)
- Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi Fi troubleshooting) and hardware diagnostics
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication

The Role
- As an IT Operations Engineer, you will be the backbone of daily technical operations, supporting a diverse team across physical offices and remote locations.
- You will automate repetitive tasks, optimize cloud infrastructure, and ensure a seamless technology experience for all, including C suite and VP leadership.
End User Support & Workplace Experience
- Provide exceptional tier 1 to tier 2 technical support across Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
- Deliver white glove, high touch technical support to C level executives and VP leadership.
- Own end to end Onboarding and Offboarding processes for a flawless Day 1 experience and secure exits.
- Maintain and troubleshoot modern meeting room AV setups (Neat), hybrid collaboration tools, and office network printers.
ITIL Service Management & Infrastructure
- Monitor, triage, and resolve incoming IT helpdesk tickets within established SLAs.
- Apply ITIL best practices for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Fulfilment.
- Track, audit, and manage lifecycle of all hardware, software licenses, and cloud SaaS allocations.
- Oversee and optimize cloud first IT infrastructure for maximum uptime, security, and scalability.
Innovation & Automation
- Administer and optimize Google Workspace (Apps, Admin Console, MDM, Identity).

Qualifications & Skills
- ITIL Certification.

- Hands on exposure to device enrolment and MDM policies (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or JumpCloud).
- Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi Fi troubleshooting) and hardware diagnostics.
- Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and eagerness to learn complex infrastructure.
