IT Operations Consultant

As an Endpoint Platform Engineer, you'll play an integral role in developing automated solutions across the Conduent Windows 11 environment.

You will partner with internal technology groups to ensure that proposed technical solutions align with the company's overall objectives.

You'll also serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, internal innovation teams, and IT functional areas by helping them identify and take advantage of new digital opportunities while providing guidance and ensuring solutions align with the business and IT strategy. (this area can be changed to suit the role)

We need someone who can:

• Package and deploy enterprise applications using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and/or Intune
• Develop and maintain deployment scripts using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) and PowerShell
• Create, test, and troubleshoot application installations across various environments (user/system context, OS versions, dependencies)
• Ensure application packages meet enterprise standards for reliability, security, and user experience

• Design and maintain Operating System Deployment (OSD) and bare-metal provisioning solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Build and manage task sequences, imaging strategies, and device provisioning workflows

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application packaging and deployment (YAML-based)
• Automate packaging workflows, validation, and release processes
• Continuously improve automation to reduce manual effort and increase deployment consistency

• Break down ambiguous or multi-layered problems into clear, actionable components
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term, scalable fixes
• Communicate technical issues and solutions in a clear, structured manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience

Experience and understanding of MSI application packaging, required

Experience and understanding of Operating System Deployment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, required

Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and deploying applications using Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Configuration Manager

Minimum 5 years of experience working with AdminStudio and PowerShell
