IT Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop IT strategies aligned with organizational and business objectives.
• Establish IT policies, standards, procedures, and security controls.
• Manage networks, servers, systems, hardware, software, peripherals, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Oversee technical support and resolution of employee IT issues and service requests.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, antivirus, firewalls, backups, and data recovery.
• Supervise installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of IT hardware and software.
• Conduct IT audits and vulnerability assessments and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, performance, costs, internal IT resources, outsourced partners, budgets, and IT projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, vendors, and technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, server management, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience implementing IT policies, cybersecurity controls, data protection measures, and business continuity plans.
• Odoo experience and certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple IT priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
