Role Overview
The IT Manager leads IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure, retail technology, support teams, compliance, budgets, and technology investments.
The role supports pharmacy, retail, corporate, and cross-functional business operations while minimizing service disruption and operational risk.
IT Operations and Service Delivery
- Lead IT operations to ensure system, infrastructure, and service availability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Oversee IT support and service delivery within SLAs and ITIL-aligned practices.
- Lead ERP/D365, back-office, retail/store, and end-user support teams.
- Govern Microsoft Dynamics 365 stability, releases, upgrades, patching, integrations, data integrity, and issue resolution.
- Own retail IT support across POS, payments, pharmacy systems, store connectivity, and operational technology.
- Ensure IT readiness for new stores, relocations, refits, closures, promotions, and peak trading periods.
- Manage infrastructure, networks, hardware, assets, capacity planning, lifecycle management, vendors, warranties, and service contracts.
- Support finance, supply chain, procurement, HR, month-end, replenishment, and reporting operations.
- Drive automation, continuous improvement, efficiency, and preventive measures to reduce downtime and service risks.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, audit requirements, SOPs, and operational frameworks.
