Role Overview
The employer is seeking an organized and proactive Fleet Coordinator to manage daily fleet operations and vehicle and driver coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle and driver schedules.
- Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance, and documentation.
- Track fleet performance, fuel usage, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with company and road safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fleet coordination or transportation operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- UAE driving or fleet experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
