Position Responsibilities
- Support receiving, shipping and tracking of IT hardware and software from the vendor to end users across our North American locations.
- Assist with equipment disposal and recycling.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT-related assets.
- Conduct physical inventory audits, perform reconciliations, and work with management to identify process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving environment preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using Excel and Access.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
- Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 70 lbs.
