As an Operations Analyst at Uline's Toronto location, you'll turn operational data into actionable insights, solve business challenges and recommend improvements that drive performance.

Hours
Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
Position Responsibilities
- Turn complex business data into clear insights, recommendations and presentations that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Analyze branch performance, productivity and error trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements that streamline operations.
- Own analytical projects from identifying business opportunities through recommending solutions and measuring results.
- Partner with teams across Uline — including Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations — to understand business needs, solve challenges and support strategic initiatives.
- Use SQL and Power BI to develop reporting tools that uncover trends and measure performance.
