About the Role

- Administer and support IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and network systems
- Manage endpoint security and backup/recovery solutions
- Provide end user support and service desk management
- Troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain IT asset management and documentation
- Support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or End User Support
- Strong hands on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Azure Cloud Services, Windows Server & Desktop Administration, Network Infrastructure, Endpoint Management and Security, Backup and Recovery Solutions, IT Asset Management, Service Desk and ITSM Tools
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, ISO 27001, and IT governance frameworks
- Experience with troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure and performing root cause analysis
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or End User Support.
- Strong hands on experience with: Microsoft 365 Administration, Azure Cloud Services, Windows Server & Desktop Administration, Network Infrastructure (Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Networks), Endpoint Management and Security, Backup and Recovery Solutions, IT Asset Management, Service Desk and ITSM T
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, ISO 27001, and IT governance frameworks.
- Experience with troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure and performing root cause analysis.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Zero Trust Architecture concepts.
- Experience supporting cloud transformation and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience working with audits, compliance programs, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support multiple stakeholders.
