Job Summary
Manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including network operations, systems administration, access control, cybersecurity, backups, and end-user services.
Ensure reliable IT services through infrastructure monitoring, technical support, security practices, and maintenance.
Network Administration and Support
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance.
System Administration
- Administer Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services.
- Perform patching, monitoring, software deployment, and server maintenance.
- Support VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.
Access Control and Identity
- Provision, modify, and revoke user access rights.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
