IT Infrastructure Manager

Design, implement, and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems and networks.

Oversee server management, virtualization, storage solutions, and data center operations.

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Maintain and enhance network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems.

Implement and manage cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.

Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans.

Respond to security incidents and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructures.

Oversee virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and containerization solutions.

Optimize cloud usage and cost management.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT infrastructure professionals.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and consultants.

Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
