IT Infrastructure Administrator- Cheshire

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to work for our client within the Financial Services sector. This is an initial 6 month contract opportunity with strong potential for extension and will be a hybrid role based in Cheshire.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to join their End User Computing (EUC) team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining EUC infrastructure, ensuring systems remain fully operational whilst providing critical support to end users. The role offers the opportunity to work on both the implementation of new technologies and the enhancement of existing platforms that underpin the employee experience.

Provide prompt and effective 3rd line support for End User Computing technologies.

Design and implement new EUC technologies, working closely with Project Managers and Architecture teams.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert across the EUC estate, identifying opportunities for technology and process improvements.

Support and mentor 2nd Line Support and Service Desk teams to enhance their EUC knowledge and capabilities.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver and maintain end-user technology solutions.
