Main Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate financial process needs into functional specifications.
  • Support ERP implementation, configuration, and optimization for back-office operational and financial needs.
  • Identify process improvements and leverage ERP functionality to enhance financial workflows.
  • Develop and execute test plans, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with IT.
  • Train and support end users, create training materials, and provide continuous assistance.
  • Provide application support for the ERP and connected systems and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with ERP implementation and continuous improvement project management within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Maintain data integrity through ERP data migration, validation, and quality control.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 to 10 years of overall professional experience.
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar ERP or financial systems role.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French are required.
  • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
  • Comfort working in a cross-functional finance and IT environment.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
