Role overview

BPA is seeking an IT Functional Business Analyst to support ERP systems, financial operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role works with stakeholders, finance and IT teams, and end users in a cross-functional environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate financial process needs into functional specifications.
  • Support ERP implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance financial workflows through ERP functionality.
  • Develop and execute test plans, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution.
  • Train end users, create training materials, and provide continuous assistance.
  • Provide application support for the ERP and connected systems, including issue resolution.
  • Assist with ERP projects while meeting scope, timeline, budget, and objectives.
  • Maintain data integrity through migration, validation, and quality control activities.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Five to ten years of overall experience and three to seven years of relevant experience in a similar ERP or financial systems role.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French is required.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
  • Comfort working in a cross-functional environment involving finance and IT.

Work arrangements

  • The position follows a hybrid work policy.
  • The workweek is 37.5 hours with flexible scheduling and the possibility of finishing at noon on Fridays.
