Responsibilities
- Install, configure and provide on site technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Set up and maintain computer systems, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, escalate complex issues
- Respond promptly to project and service requests
- Track and document all support activities in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions
- Perform hardware and software upgrades
- Provide training and guidance to end users
- Stay updated on latest technologies and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role with focus on field support in UAE
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are desirable
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control or other ELV systems is a plus
- Hands on experience troubleshooting hardware components
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
- Customer focused attitude
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel

Position Overview
- Position: Field Support IT Engineer
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Reports: Operation Manager – Abu Dhabi
- Salary Range: AED 3,000 to 6,000
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Field Engineer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on site installations and technical support to our clients, commissioning systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure systems.
- This role requires frequent travel across various offices and construction sites in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and provide on site technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Set up and maintain computer systems, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, escalate complex issues to relevant teams or vendors when necessary.
- Respond promptly to project and service requests, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track and document all support activities, including resolutions, in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions for system performance improvements.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Provide training and guidance to end users on the use of IT systems and applications.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in IT support to continuously enhance skills.
- Ensure adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, with a focus on field support in UAE.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA etc.) are desirable.

- Hands on experience troubleshooting hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Customer focused attitude with a passion for delivering high quality support services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites across the UAE as required.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 6,000.00 per month
