About The Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist with a strong cybersecurity background to support, secure, and enhance our organization’s IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in system administration, network security, and incident response, with the ability to implement best‑practice security controls across all systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and user support operations
- Implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and access controls
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and suspicious activity
- Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis
- Manage firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and backup systems
- Respond to security incidents and support investigations
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards
- Support IT projects, upgrades, and system integrations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity roles
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and threat detection
- Experience with Windows/Linux systems, cloud platforms, and security tools
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCNA Security, or similar are an advantage
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
