Essential duties and responsibilities
- Provide intermediate to advanced desktop administration and client or desktop service and support.
- Support, maintain, and manage IT endpoint assembly, installation, imaging, configuration, optimization, maintenance, repair, testing, and upgrades.
- Image computers using SCCM and create bootable USB drives.
- Identify and resolve employee technology problems promptly while following established standards and procedures.
