Geosyntec is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician in Dubai to join its growing Information Technology team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform advanced desktop administration and endpoint assembly, installation, imaging, configuration, optimization, maintenance, repair, testing, and upgrades.
- Image computers using SCCM and create bootable USB drives.
- Troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, handheld and wireless devices, printers, copiers, and related technologies.
- Support intermediate to advanced Office 365 services.
- Administer security controls, governance, compliance, and data loss prevention for enterprise computing assets.
