- Provide administrative support to the IT department and team members
- Prepare, organize, and maintain IT documentation, records, and reports
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and IT related communications
- Support IT procurement processes, including purchase requests, tracking, and documentation
- Maintain IT asset inventories and license records
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding administrative tasks for IT access requests
- Track IT service requests, follow ups, and action items
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative matters
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field
- 1 3 years of experience in administrative or coordination role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of IT terminology and processes is an advantage
