Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the IT department and team members
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain IT documentation, records, and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and IT related communications
  • Support IT procurement processes, including purchase requests, tracking, and documentation
  • Maintain IT asset inventories and license records
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding administrative tasks for IT access requests
  • Track IT service requests, follow ups, and action items
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative matters
  • Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of IT terminology and processes is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field
  • 1 3 years of experience in administrative or coordination role
  • Experience supporting IT teams is a plus
