  • Responsible for performing purchasing tasks for routine and non-routine IT purchases
  • Issues purchase orders and reviews vendor quotes
  • Tracks orders, performs goods receipt entry, and troubleshoots and resolves invoice payment issues/discrepancies
  • Manages Telecom Expense Management (TEM) processes including handling of invoices (cost allocations), as well as tracking and analysis of high dollar telecommunication expenses, always ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities for cost savings
  • In charge of the review, validation, and authorization of payments to ISPs, voice, network, and data invoicing environments
  • Handles all dispute resolution and funds recovery efforts with telecom service providers
