The primary mission of the Stanford University Hardware Program (SUHP) is to provide an asset management lifecycle service to the University that safeguards Stanford’s valuable hardware assets, mitigates the risks associated with fraud and loss, and optimizes our budgeting processes.
The SUHP team seeks a talented Asset Management Analyst with exceptional organizational skills and expertise in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security, integrity, and chain-of-custody for our hardware resources.
Additionally, you will champion our environmentally responsible disposal practices while managing and optimizing our organization's assets and asset records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and leveraging ServiceNow to streamline asset management processes.
The expected pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
