Responsibilities

  • Support project planning and coordination activities.
  • Implement small business requests through request management, documentation, option evaluation, digitalization development, and operational support.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements using agile and lean approaches.
  • Create presentations and communication documents according to corporate identity standards.
  • Support projects across one or more business areas.
  • Implement digitalization-focused requests involving AI, Microsoft Power Platform, and data visualization.
  • Perform tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Pursue a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Be open to learning Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
  • Have an analytical mindset open to innovative ideas.
  • An IT background is ideal.
  • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Maintain enrolled student status at an accredited four-year U.S. college or university.
  • Complete at least 30 credit hours by the application date.
  • Complete three work terms for co-op positions if applicable.
  • Work full time on site for 40 hours per week.
  • Transfer students must use their current university GPA.
