Compensation

• The position offers a fixed monthly salary of AED 2,000.

Experience and qualifications

• Candidates need a minimum of 1.5–2 years of experience in a hospitality environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software is required.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is required.
• Familiarity with Opera and Simphony property management systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and can-do approach is expected.

Technical support

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues affecting staff members and guests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize disruption.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Respond to support tickets and inquiries and document issues and resolutions.

Networks and security

• Monitor and maintain wired and wireless computer networks.
• Implement network security measures and conduct regular security assessments.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, routers, and other network devices.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers on network connectivity and performance issues.
• Enforce IT security policies to protect data and systems from unauthorized access and malware.

IT operations

• Maintain hardware and software inventories, licenses, and warranty records.
• Follow standard operating procedures, service standards, and safety policies.
• Protect guest information and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
