Compensation
A fixed monthly salary of AED 2,800 offered as part of this exciting career opportunity.

You approach your responsibilities with discipline, a clear understanding of what the business requires, and a consistent attention to quality - working collaboratively and focused, at all times, on delivering meaningful output.
A Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably within a luxury hotel, hospitality, or high-volume operational environment in the UAE.
Previous experience working closely with Purchasing, Finance, Cost Control, and operational departments is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of receiving procedures, inventory control, stock management, and storekeeping operations.
Excellent numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all stock movements and documentation are accurately recorded.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to efficiently manage inventory, maintain appropriate stock levels, and ensure effective storage practices.
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with strong knowledge of inventory management and purchasing systems.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities, with the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
A hands-on attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a positive “Can-Do!” spirit.
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against approved purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and relevant specifications.
Ensure that all received goods meet the required quantity, quality, and condition standards before acceptance.
Coordinate closely with the Purchasing Department and Receiving Team regarding deliveries, discrepancies, damaged goods, or rejected items.
Label, store, and organise all inventory in accordance with approved storage standards, safety requirements, hygiene regulations, and space optimisation practices.
Issue goods strictly against authorised requisitions and ensure accurate and timely distribution to the relevant operational departments.
Maintain appropriate stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, wastage, or obsolescence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date store records, including bin cards, stock records, and inventory system entries.
Record all stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments, accurately and on a timely basis.
Ensure all supporting documentation, including Goods Received Notes, requisitions, transfer notes, and adjustment records, is properly maintained, filed, and easily traceable.
Monitor stock usage and identify slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, or expired items, reporting them to the Purchasing, Finance, and Cost Control Teams as required.
Ensure proper stock rotation in accordance with FIFO and FEFO principles where applicable.
Assist with monthly stock takes, spot checks, and annual inventory counts.
Investigate and promptly report any discrepancies, shortages, damages, losses, or stock variances to the relevant departments.
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding stock availability, delivery schedules, replenishment requirements, and supplier-related concerns.
Liaise closely with Purchasing, Finance, Cost Control, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other operational departments to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.
Support the Purchasing Team by providing accurate inventory information to assist with replenishment planning and purchasing requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, financial procedures, and audit requirements.
Support internal and external audits by providing all required inventory records and supporting documentation.
Ensure the correct handling and storage of perishable, hazardous, fragile, and high-value items in accordance with company and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and secure store environment at all times.
Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, security, and loss-prevention procedures within the store and receiving areas.
