Qualifications

• At least 1.5–2 years of experience in a hospitality environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software is required.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is required.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Opera and Simphony is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach is expected.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues affecting employees and guests.
• Troubleshoot technical problems promptly and minimize disruption to operations.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Respond to support tickets and document issues and resolutions.
• Monitor and maintain wired and wireless networks.
• Implement network security measures and conduct regular security assessments.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, routers, and other network devices.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on network issues.
• Enforce IT security policies and protect data and systems from unauthorized access and malware.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory, license, and warranty records.
• Follow SOPs, service standards, and safety policies while protecting guest confidentiality.
